Learning and Administrative Space Design (IT, Technology, Furniture)
We account for existing systems, technology, and furniture to design and document a comprehensive solution which best meets your school’s needs and learning objectives.
We account for existing systems, technology, and furniture to design and document a comprehensive solution which best meets your school’s needs and learning objectives.
We work collaboratively with your teams, whether internal or contracted, to coordinate, schedule and manage all aspects of your solution design, delivery, and/or implementation.
Our project management teams and activities are guided around the principles of PMP. To that end, ELB approaches all projects from a strategic level.
Planning, scheduling and coordinating the resources required for project installations is the responsibility of our Implementation Team. To do this, ELB uses an online resource scheduling platform called TeamUp. Our National Implementation Manager liaises directly with our Project Managers to confirm project timing and is responsible for scheduling all installation resources. The goal is to align the work required with the location and skill sets of our growing team. This includes ensuring projects have at least two resources assigned, where one is considered a “senior” installer. TeamUp is key to this process as it reflects real-time information and can be accessed remotely by all project teams.
Managing the delivery and set-up of new learning space products can be a significant undertaking. With ELB’s White Glove installation service, all packaging, assembly, quality checking, and staging of the new solutions is completed prior to use. This significantly reduces the workload on onsite staff and also provides peace-of-mind that your valuable products will be properly assembled and implemented prior to the user’s arrival.
For schools or users who prefer more advanced hands-on product training, ELB can provide onsite sessions. These workshops will be custom designed to help users acquire the knowledge, skills, and competencies they desire. To ensure an optimal training and learning experience, we elect to cap sessions at 12 attendees. They will be facilitated by ELB’s experienced Education Training Specialist and will be scheduled in constitution with your organizations’ representatives.
