ELB is proud to be an authorized provider of technology, furniture, and safety solutions for the Emergency Assistance to Non Public Schools (EANS) programs.
THE ARP EANS PROGRAM
Helping Non Public Schools Rebound From the Impacts of COVID-19
As part of the ARP 2021 and Public Law 117-2, Congress set aside $2.75 billion of the Governor’s Emergency Education Relief Fund to provide emergency assistance to students and teachers in non-public schools (NPS).
The purpose of the ARP EANS program is to provide services or assistance to NPS that enroll a significant percentage of students from low-income families and are most impacted by the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) emergency. On November 4, 2021, California received an ARP EANS award.
ELB is pleased to be an approved vendor under the California ARP EANS program.

All Your Questions Answered
What does it mean to be an ARP EANS vendor?
ELB has been carefully vetted and selected by the California Department of Education to provide services and support under the Emergency Assistance to Non-Public Schools (ARP EANS) program. We therefore have their full approval and support to work with the schools, Districts, and other learning organizations who have received EANS funding to source solutions which support the mandate and requirements of the program.
How do I start the process of working with you to look at different product options?
We’d love to work with you. If an ELB representative has not been in touch yet, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 925.400.6175 and we’ll get the process started right away!
What EANS-approved products and services do you provide?
We offer a large range of EANS-approved education technology, furniture, and school safety products. Our services include classroom and technology design, assembly and implementation, training and professional development, and technical service and support.
Will you come onsite to look at my spaces, measure, and help me select furniture?
Yes! We would love to come onsite and meet with you to discuss the technology, furniture, or safety products that might be of benefit. We have representatives located across California who are knowledgeable, experienced, and more importantly, available to work with you through this process. Contact us today to get started.
What if I want a different product that you don't show on your website?
Our range of EANS-approved solutions is extensive, and goes far beyond what we have been able to show online. If there is a different product or solution you are seeking, please work with your ELB representative to determine if this can be sourced under the EANS program. Please note that ELB maintains a strict adherence to the requirements set forth by the State as it relates to the ARP EANS program.
